A collaborative portal on Jewish history – Key Documents are participating!

As part of this year’s Historiker Tag in Leipzig, the collaborative portal Jewish History online, hosted by the Moses Mendelssohn Center for European-Jewish Studies in Potsdam and developed in cooperation with the IGdJ, was launched. Medaon issue on digital Jewish history

The latest issue of the online magazine Medaon was just released. Titled “Interim Promises and Challenges. Perspectives on the relationship between digitization and Jewish history”, it focuses on the subject of digital Jewish history. This edition was developed in collaboration with the Institute for the History of the German Jews (IGDJ) in Hamburg and the Netzwerk Jüdische Geschichte digital.

At the conference “When the Heritage Comes to the Cloud” in Bonn on November 13th and 14th, 2014, Anna Menny gave a lecture on the digitization of Jewish heritage using the example of the Key Documents.
